The chairs were delivered fairly quickly and reliably, and there’s nothing to fault in terms of quality. Excellent value for money!

Good, but something is missing

It’s a lovely chair, but there was a screw missing from the packaging, so I can’t quite put it together.

Comfortable chair, but slow customer service

This is our second order of these chairs. We liked them so much that we’ve decided to gradually replace all our old ones. Unfortunately, one arrived with two different armrests and we’re still waiting for customer service to get in touch so we can sort out the replacement.
